These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to this website and every order placed on it. The website is run by QALA by House of Rang, B199 A, Vaibhav Villa, Patrakar Colony, Sita Ram Vihar Vistar, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India ("QALA", "we", "us"). By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Shipping and Delivery Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Our products

Our products are hand-block printed and handmade by artisans. Small differences in print placement, colour, shade, size, stitching, thread and fabric texture from one piece to another are natural to handmade work. They are part of the product and are not defects. Colours may also look different on different screens. Photos on the website are for illustration, and the product you receive may differ slightly from the photo.

Placing an order

• An order is an offer by you to buy. It becomes a contract only when we dispatch the product.
• We may accept, refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of stock, a pricing or typing error, suspected fraud, misuse of offers, an address we cannot deliver to, or any other reason. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid for that order.
• You must give correct and complete name, phone number, email and delivery address. We are not responsible for loss, delay or non-delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details.
• We may limit the quantity you can buy.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees. The price, shipping charge and total shown at checkout before you pay is the amount payable.
• Payment is accepted only online, by UPI or by credit or debit card, through our payment partner Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
• We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password. Payments are handled on the payment partner's secure window.
• We may correct a wrong price at any time. If an order was placed at a wrong price, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid.
• Offers, discounts and free shipping thresholds can be changed or withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Shipping, risk and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Shipping is explained in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Risk in the product passes to you when we hand it to the courier. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier, weather, strikes, public holidays, government orders or other events outside our control.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

All sales are final. Please read the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy before you order. By placing an order you agree to it.

Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Please tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaks these Terms.

Our rights in the website

The photos, designs, block patterns, prints, text, logo and everything else on this website belong to QALA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, modify or use them for any commercial purpose, or copy our prints and designs, without our written permission.

Fair use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break into it, collect data from it by automated means, place false or fraudulent orders, or use it in any unlawful way. We may block any person who does.

Limit of our responsibility

• The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the website or the products.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.
• Colour matching, fit and the way a handmade product looks in your home are your own judgement and are not a ground for any claim against us.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that results from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or your violation of any law or of anyone's rights.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, strikes, supply shortages, courier or payment-system failures, internet or power failures and government action.

Changes

We may change these Terms, our prices, our products and the website at any time without notice. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the change.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any legal action, please write to us so that we can try to settle the matter in good faith. Subject to that, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these Terms takes away any right that you have under law and that cannot be excluded by agreement. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
